Charles Guigan

Founder

Founded Eurvad Finance in 2013, after 15 years of experience in finance, Charles initially developed the company on two main sectors, which identified to be extremely promising: digital and education.

Before this, Charles worked for 10 years in an investment bank, 4 years in Asia (Hong Kong) and 6 years in Europe (Paris, London), where he handled various positions at the front office, trading rooms on complex products but also underlying shares like Forex, Credit and rates.

He left JP Morgan in 2009 for entrepreneurship, joining a new financial consulting company as a partner: Alfina, where he designed investment solutions and assisted its founder, Charles-Henri Filippi in consulting.

Charles graduated from ESSEC in 2000 and has been a Chartered Financial Analyst © since 2005.

Jonathan Melloul

Associate Director

Jonathan began his professional career at Rothschild & Co with the Financial Engineering Department.

He then launched the Alliance Equity investment fund, whose strategy was mainly to strengthen the equity of small cap companies pertaining to capital development operations.

He then turned towards M&A, where he carried out several fund-raising operations, sales and acquisitions. His favorite fields are e-commerce and distribution, IT services, telecoms and BtoB services.

Jonathan holds a a law degree from the Institute of Business Law at Aix-en-Provence (DJCE) as well as a master’s degree in management from EM Lyon business school (specialization in Corporate Finance).

Yassine Jnan

Associate

After a first successful run at Eurvad Finance in 2015, Yassine came back with us at the end of 2016 as an analyst.

In the meantime, he worked in the M&A and ECM department at Societe Generale, mainly at carrying out assignments and buying publicly traded companies.

Yassine has a double diploma from EDHEC, a post graduation degree in Management and a Masters in science, but also a double Engineering diploma from the Technology University at Troyes and ETS Montreal.

William Alves

Associate

William joined Eurvad Finance in 2017.

Before that, he worked as an analyst for M&A firms Messier Maris & Associés, as well as Goetz Partners, both specialized in Small & Midcap operations.

William holds a law degree from the Institute of Business Law in Lyon III (DJCE) and a business degree from EM Lyon (specialization in Corporate Finance).

Floriane Lang

Associate

After an experience in audit at KPMG, and a first M&A internship with Eurvad Finance in 2016, Floriane joined the team as an analyst in 2018.

She also worked for Céline (LVMH Group) and LVMH Fashion Group APAC in their Asian Pacific finance department, based in Hong Kong.

Floriane is a graduate of ESCP Europe (Master in Management).

Thomas Vigneras

Analyst

Thomas joined Eurvad in 2019.

Before that, he completed two internships in M&A boutiques, Eurvad Finance in 2018, closely followed by BNP Paribas in Paris, where he was staffed on sell-side operations, both for digital services, industrial firms, and infrastructure operations.

Thomas holds both an MsC in Financial Economics, Finance and Management from EDHEC Business School as well as an MsC in Engineering from Centrale Lille .

Emilie Thivant

Analyst

Emilie joined Eurvad in 2020.

Before that, she completed two internships in M&A boutiques, Eurvad Finance in 2018, closely followed by Mediobanca in London, where he was staffed on sell-side operations, both for digital services, and industrial firms. Befor that, Emilie completed a 6 months internship in audit at Keolis Group in Paris.

Emilie holds an MsC in Management and Finance from ESSEC Business School.
